"FundX is a product of BlackAce Consultancy Private Limited (the 'Company') which operates as a technology-driven skill-assessment platform. All accounts provided to users during the Evaluation and Sentinel Phases are simulated demo accounts utilizing virtual capital in a mock-trading environment."

At no point does the Company accept deposits for the purpose of live market trading, nor does it provide 'Investment Advice' or 'Stock Tips' as defined under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations. Trading in financial markets, including domestic and international indices (Gold, Silver, SQQQ), involves substantial risk of loss. Success in a simulated environment using the Sentinel Engine does not guarantee future success in live market conditions. Users are evaluated solely on their risk-management discipline and technical proficiency.

"The fees paid by users to FundX are strictly Subscription/Evaluation Fees for access to the Company's proprietary SaaS platform and educational tools. These payments are classified as 'Software and Data Processing Services' (Purpose Code: P0802). These funds are not utilized for margin remittances or overseas investments under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS)."

FundX complies with all FEMA 2026 guidelines regarding the export of services. All payouts to users (Profit Splits) are treated as 'Professional Consultancy Fees' and are subject to applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) under the Income Tax Act of India.

"All trading activity on the FundX Terminal is monitored by the proprietary Sentinel Engine. This AI-driven risk firewall is designed to identify and mitigate 'Cognitive Trading Biases,' including revenge trading, over-leveraging, and emotional volatility."

The Company reserves the right to terminate an assessment if the Sentinel Engine detects 'Gambling Behavior' or 'Malicious Exploitation' of the simulated environment. Our mission is to promote a Skill-Based Meritocracy by enforcing institutional-grade discipline on retail participants.
